All I want to do is use the app to listen to the Jim Rome show. However, there are sometimes issues with connection and a lot of commercials.

I was listening to my local station and decided to get the radio.com app for a little better clarity. After the radio station went to commercial break, the app only played an annoying track stating that the station was on ad break. After a while, I went back to the actual radio station and music was playing. The app still said there was a commercial break. Pretty crappy.

Edit: Ive gone back and forth in this rating between 1 and 3 stars depending on how consistently the creators of this app decide to interrupt content and replace it with ads, even though the radio stations already have ads. Please stop abusing ads and playing double commercial breaks when a station isnt actually at break. Please stope having 60 second long ads when opening a station, when the station already has its own commercial breaks. Ive listen to this app for about a year now because I love certain radio stations but the issues are absolutely brutal. Ads playing over eachother. The same ad. playing 10x in a row. A station coming back from break and then instantly cut off by another ad. Commercial breaks that last 45 minutes. Ads playing over the radio content. The app stopping playback whenever I minimize. The issues which almost all revolve around advertisements leads me to suspect that whoever runs this app is completely ok beating us over the head with broken ads and the lack of effort to fix the issues is extremely frustrating. Not a quality product at all. The one star I give them is because I like the station content.

All I want is to listen to my local radio stations on the go and this app is garbage. I get it, its a business and they sell ads, but come on! If Im listening to the ads on the station, I shouldnt have to endure 60 second video ads in the app too. Dont download

It doesnt work, unless you want to go to the stations on the home page. You cant search. You cant use locations to get the stations closest to you. You cant get your favorites that were stored. This is a HORRENDOUS update. I would give this app 0 stars, but I cant.

Youre the number one radio conglomerate in the world; how do you manage to consistently screw up this app? Every update is a game of Russian Roulette to see if any stations will appear when I choose a genre and if my recent station choices will have magically disappeared. All that money and you cant find people who can avoid completely bricking your app with nearly every other update. Pathetic!

The latest update has broken the app on my iPad Mini 4. I dont mean that the UI changes make use more difficult (which is true), but rather that portions, such as my preferences, local search, and more have stopped working.

I have used this app for a few years now, and aside from the commercials that cut off the stations content have been very happy with it. Until this morning. When I opened the app this morning my recent stations had vanished and the app now does not find any stations when browsing. I tried a few options, to no avail and finally went the remove and replace route, only to see the same behavior upon reinstalling the app.

After the ios update i cannot see, nor select, nor search for radio stations. They. Dont even show up in the categories. Same issue on iphone and ipad version. The app doesnt work :(

Stations are constantly down. Nothing ever works. 94WIP unlistenable during eagles games.

Horrible and useless

This apps was great. It streamed better than tune-in radio. Unfortunately, the amount of ads in unbearable. Literally 30 minutes! They played ads right over the segment I wanted to hear. Ridiculous.

Are a killer. Ive never listened to 10 minutes of commercials on the radio in my life. I understand this is an app but for god sake give me a break with all the commercials.

I use to really love this app. Tiered of nothing but commercials. The last (4) weeks that is all that had been on. To bad you ruined a good thing.

Stepped out for lunch and it literally played commercials the entire time. 20+ minutes. Common experience. Deleting now.

Really just stop with all the commercials 10 min worth

Tried to stream Cubs game which is now being broadcast on 670 The Score. Commercials and maybe some show from some other time. Actually, I couldnt tell what it was doing most of the time. But definitely no Cubs broadcast at all.

Radio stations cut off, then error message appears. Impossible to get it to play again. Use a different radio app. This one is not worth the time.

Every time I listen to this app it plays fine until the radio station goes to commercial break and then I get stuck in an endless commercial loop that can last up to 40 minutes. I have tried shutting it off and starting it again but it just picks up where it left off in the commercial loop. Please fix this or charge a monthly subscription fee so I can listen to my stations ad free.

Too many commercials, when I open app I keep volume off so I dont have to listen to them, they are an insult to anyones intelligence . Once the commercial end I get about 5 minutes of listening then another 10 minutes of commercials, its gotten worse this past week. Find another app, I know I am
